This is the policy shown during checkout. The exact price of every selected service and extra is locked when the appointment is confirmed.
Missed appointments
If you do not attend your appointment, Nails Done Studio may charge up to 40% of the locked total price, including all selected services and extras.
Late cancellations
A cancellation made within 24 hours of the appointment may be charged under the same policy, up to 40% of the locked total price.
Price protection
Later changes to a master's service price do not change an already confirmed appointment. Your booking keeps its original price snapshot.
Mobile Service deposit
A Mobile Service appointment is confirmed after a 50% deposit. The calendar reserves the artist’s drive to your address, the service and the return drive, while your confirmation displays the artist’s arrival time.
Mobile Service address and routing
Your service address is sent securely to Google Maps Platform to verify the location and estimate travel time. We store the address you entered and the resulting Place ID with the appointment; Google route duration and distance results are not cached. Use of this feature is also subject to the Google Maps Platform Terms and Google Privacy Policy.
